With the help of our wonderful volunteers, the PTA is able to provide many programs throughout the school year. These programs are led by committee chairs along with a supporting group of additional volunteers.

Art Night
Art Night is an evening activity (during winter) filled with cookies and crafts. It's fun for the entire family.

Bake Sale
The bake sale committee coordinates donations and helps to run and clean up the bake sale during fall open house (September) and winter carnival (February).

Book Fair
Students shop the Scholastic Book Fair during fall open house and again during the spring sale. The committee sets up, tears down, coordinates volunteers and helps during the sale.

Bus Driver Appreciation
Our thanks is given to the drivers who help deliver our students to and from school each day by token of a special treat.

Communications
Creates newsletters and e-blasts to keep families and caregivers informed of the latest happenings. Updates website and calendars.

Fall Hayride
Sheridan Terrace students and families gather for a hayride, pumpkin picking, fun games and more. The chairperson works with Lash Family Farm to set up event, create flyers, and check in attendees (October).

Fit Kids

Fourth Grade Junk Wars
Our fourth grade students have the opportunity to work together to turn junk into a creative holiday house.

Fundraisers
An ongoing committee that coordinates with companies such as Sarris, Moe's, etc as

Holiday Workshop
Helping our little elves prepare for the holidays the holiday workshop secures vendors and needs multiple volunteers to help with the shopping and wrapping of gifts.

Reflections
Each year, students in Pre-K through Grade 12 are invited to create and submit original works of art in the areas of Dance Choreography, Film Production, Literature, Music Composition, Photography and Visual Arts.

For an entire week we get to shower our staff with love and appreciation for all they do for their students day in and day out. Committee plans theme days for the week long staff appreciation event., books businesses such as Sign Gypsies, coffee truck, etc.
