Act 34 Clearance (PA Criminal Background Check)

Act 151 Clearance (PA Child Abuse History)

Volunteer FBI Waiver (For volunteers who have been a PA resident for the past ten (10) consecutive years and have no offenses listed) OR FBI Check

Submit Clearances
Once you have all 3 required clearances ready to upload, submit your Raptor Volunteer Application.

Obtain Badge
You will receive an email from the Raptor System when your application is approved. Follow the instructions in the email to make an appointment at the Norwin Administration building to obtain your ID badge.
Once you receive your ID badge, you are officially ready to volunteer! You must bring both your ID badge and drivers license with you every time you volunteer! Please visit the district clearances webpage HERE or contact Mrs. Moorhead in the office with any questions.
